Job Description/Overview:
Guardian Angel Carers is seeking dedicated Care & Support Workers for full-time and part-time positions across Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, Hedge End, Botley, Bishops Waltham, West End, Bitterne, Sholing, Netley, Hamble, and Bursledon. Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.
Work realistic hours that fit around your life.
Receive full hourly rates for time spent on visits, traveling, training, or meetings.
Pay Structure:
Weekdays: £12.50 per hour
Weekends: £13.50 per hour
Bank Holidays: £18.75 per hour
Guaranteed hours roles include paid travel time at £12.50, translating to over £26,000 per year for full-time roles.
Salary: £12.50 to £18.75 per hour
