Job Description/Overview:
Total Living Care (TLC) is looking for caring individuals to join our friendly and committed team. We have been providing care for the residents of Ross-on-Wye since 1998. Recently, in May 2024, TLC and Ashfield Care merged to become the largest provider of high-quality home care in the area. We aim to help more community members access our care services, allowing them to stay in the comfort of their own homes.
We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities and are committed to ensuring our team is well compensated with transparent pay policies, as we are signed up to the Real Living Wage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional and emotional support to clients.
Offer companionship and assist with medication management.
Help with personal care and meal preparation.
Support clients in social activities.
Qualifications:
A compassionate, empathetic, and reliable nature.
Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
Experience:
No prior experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are all that is needed to become an invaluable part of our community.

Salary: £12.50 to £20.00 per hour, including travel, mileage, holiday pay, pension, and data allowance.
Hours: Full-time or part-time available.
