Job Description/Overview:
Löwenstein Medical SE & Co. KG, a leading medical technology company, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its team in Bad Ems. The role involves creating and implementing communication campaigns, managing product launches, and overseeing various marketing projects, including photoshoots and video production. You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, controlling marketing campaigns, and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, create, and execute communication campaigns.
Monitor market trends and identify new marketing communication approaches.
Support brand development and drive communication strategies for new product launches.
Plan and manage projects, focusing on product launches, photoshoots, and videos.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers.
Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Create, manage, and update print materials and presentation documents.
Lead general marketing initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
Degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent training and practical experience.
At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
Strong strategic, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
High level of creativity, independence, and organizational ability.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong MS Office skills.
Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
Experience in the medical devices sector is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience in the medical devices industry.
Skills:
Strategic and creative marketing approach.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in English and German.
Experience with graphic design programs is a bonus.
