Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking a Salesperson for our chocolate boutique to assist customers in selecting their desired chocolates, answering questions, and recommending products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for chocolates and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve customers to determine their needs and recommend suitable chocolate varieties.
Provide expert knowledge about products and assist customers with product selection.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and returns positively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Demonstrate product knowledge to educate customers on available varieties and services.
Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the shop.
Coordinate with the team to maintain stock levels and organise the sales floor.
Submit customer feedback and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience of 3 years in chocolate sales.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Salary:
From KD 350.000 per month.
