Job Description/Overview:
Join USUVU Sunglasses as a Sales Associate, where you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Assist with the sales process by ensuring the store is fully stocked.
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants to provide tailored recommendations.
Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
Welcome and greet customers warmly upon their arrival.
Manage point-of-sale processes accurately.
Actively participate in the receiving of new shipments.
Stay up to date with product information to assist customers effectively.
Accurately describe product features and benefits to customers.
Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven working experience in retail sales.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in English.
Track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-focused with a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
Basic administration skills.
Pay: Up to KD 310.000 per month
