Job Description/Overview
As the Team Leader of the Sales & Relationship Management (RM) Support Team within Clearstream Fund Services, you will play a key role in managing a team that assists clients with account openings, onboarding, billing queries, and RM-related requests. You will also work closely with internal teams globally, coordinate new projects, and streamline relationship management functions. This role offers an opportunity to work in an international environment within a leading financial market infrastructure provider.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of 8 people, ensuring growth and expertise within Sales & RM support.
Coordinate client-related tasks such as onboarding, account openings, and addressing billing queries.
Handle monthly and ad-hoc reporting for senior management and committees.
Oversee the roll-out of new developments and client migrations.
Participate in client meetings, providing support for marketing events, and training.
Collaborate with internal teams across multiple regions to resolve client-related issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, or related fields.
Proven experience (5-7 years) in a similar function, preferably in the asset management or fund business sector.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a people management role.
Good understanding of data management and financial services.
Experience
Previous experience in Sales Support, Client Account Management, or Customer Service is desirable.
Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills.
Experience with deadlines, high-quality work, and targets.
Skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.
