Job Description/Overview  

We are looking for a talented Client Services Administrator to join our team in Hawarden. You will support the client-facing teams by managing queries, scheduling, reporting, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about excellent service delivery, with some background knowledge in laboratory processes within the environmental industry.

 

Key Responsibilities  

– Scheduling analysis  

– Reporting results  

– Handling emails and answering calls  

– Daily administration tasks

 

Qualifications  

– Relevant client service experience beneficial  

– Professional customer service skills essential  

– Proactive and organised  

– Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 

Experience  

– Laboratory experience or experience in a client-facing role is desirable, but not essential.
