Job Description/Overview:
GRIFFEN MANIMPEX LTD. is looking for a General Manager to oversee sales operations and implement organisational policies while ensuring effective resource allocation and coordination among departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organisational policies and programs, authorise and organise the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, establish objectives for the organisation and formulate or approve policies and programs, represent the organisation in negotiations or other official functions, select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority to them, and create optimal working conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
3 years to less than 5 years.
