Job Description/Overview:
HANJRA HAULERS INC. is seeking a Dispatcher for trucks to coordinate and manage vehicle operations, ensuring effective communication and efficient logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of completed timesheets, payroll, and other summaries, maintain work records and logs, monitor personnel workloads and locations, perform general office duties, advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, assist with maintenance of communications equipment, dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, handle emergency dispatches, follow up on work order issues, maintain vehicle operator work records, process and transmit information to coordinate activities of vehicle operators, record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, and schedule assignments for operators, crews, and equipment.
Qualifications:
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Experience is an asset.
