Job Description/Overview:
A private household is seeking a Home Support Worker to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their home, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer bedside and personal care.
Administer medications as required.
Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking.
Launder clothing and household linens.
Mend clothing and linens as needed.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Provide personal care and companionship.
Shop for food and household supplies.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Qualifications:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: Experience is an asset.
Experience:
Work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work available.
The position requires day, evening, and flexible hours, including early morning shifts.
Salary:
$23.00 per hour, working 35 to 40 hours per week.
