Job Description/Overview:
Recruit4staff is looking for a Machine Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Warrington. The role involves operating machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring the efficient handling of materials in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment
Perform quality checks on finished products
Handle materials and supplies efficiently
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Qualifications:
Previous machine setting & operating experience is essential
Experience with press machines or punch machines is beneficial
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
