Job Description/Overview:
Real Life Options is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a maternity cover contract in Longcroft. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with complex health needs within a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full support for day-to-day living tasks, including personal care, medication administration, cooking, and domestic duties.
Work waking night shifts from 9:45 PM to 7:45 AM, including weekdays and weekends.
Engage in meaningful activities with residents and support their communication needs.
Participate in ongoing training to ensure the highest standard of care.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a support role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
An enhanced adult PVG is required.
Experience:
Experience working with individuals with complex health needs is an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Willingness to undertake required training.
