Job Description/Overview
TeamChopra Realty Inc. is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our Mississauga office. This role involves supporting the office with various administrative tasks, including organising events, scheduling appointments, and managing information systems. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, flexible, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
– Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
– Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
– Determine and establish office procedures and routines
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
– Answer electronic inquiries
– Compile data, statistics, and other information
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
– Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
– Set up and maintain manual and computerised filing systems
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Qualifications
– Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
Experience
– 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
Skills
– Proficient in MS Word and MS Office
– Excellent oral communication and multitasking abilities
– Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Client-focused with attention to detail
