Job Description/Overview
As a Nursing Assistant at MFT, you will provide essential support to patients with empathy, dignity, and care. You’ll be part of a compassionate team that goes the extra mile for patients daily. MFT offers development opportunities through the Support Worker Development Programme, which includes completing the Care Certificate (if not already obtained) and progression to a Band 3 Nursing Assistant role. Experienced Nursing Assistants can undergo a skills analysis to identify gaps in clinical knowledge and receive the necessary training to progress to Band 3.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality patient care with empathy and dignity
– Support patients in a clinical setting, assisting with day-to-day tasks
– Develop knowledge and skills through the Support Worker Development Programme
– Complete the Care Certificate if required
– Potential progression to Band 3 Nursing Assistant with appropriate training
Qualifications

Experience
– Experience in a clinical environment is desirable
