Job Description/Overview:
Alltime Investments Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the financial services sector to assist with account management, financial transactions, and customer inquiries. This position involves balancing transactions, promoting financial services, and resolving discrepancies with customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Balance daily transactions.
– Open and close personal and commercial accounts.
– Process banking transactions.
– Promote financial products and services.
– Store, update, and retrieve financial data.
– Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to customer accounts.
– Process information for opening accounts, savings plans, and purchasing bonds.
Experience and Specialization:
– Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
– Experience: Will train.
Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities:
– Attention to detail.
– Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
– Fast-paced environment.
– Repetitive tasks.
Salary:
– $18.25 hourly for 35 hours per week.
– Day shifts.
Work Environment:
– On-site work only. Remote work is not available.
