Job Description/Overview:
We are looking for a qualified plumber to join our team at J&J Freshlook Homes Ltd. The successful candidate will read blueprints and install plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
– Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
– Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
– Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
– Estimate costs and materials for projects.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
– 2 years to less than 3 years in plumbing.
Skills:
– Strong understanding of plumbing systems and codes.
– Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
– Excellent hand-eye coordination and client focus.
