The Euroweek program is an international initiative designed to enhance participants’ intellectual abilities, leadership, creativity, communication, and interpersonal skills. Utilizing a variety of techniques, including formal, informal, and cross-cultural approaches, Euroweek prepares participants for effective integration and a deeper understanding of the contemporary world. English is primarily used as the language of communication throughout the program. 

How to Be a Volunteer

Euroweek is not only a platform for student learning but also a dynamic space for volunteers to grow and make a significant impact. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to create and lead workshops and activities that benefit students and contribute to your personal development as a team player and leader.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Youth Leader (Volunteer):

Cultural Presentation: Prepare and showcase the best your country has to offer, including dance, music, arts, language, and traditional dress, to make your presentation engaging and interactive.

Workshops and Activities: Design and conduct team-building activities and workshops for students. Develop and introduce new games and activities to enhance the experience.

Learning Report: Submit a monthly Learning Report detailing your activities and experiences for future reference.

Flexibility: Be open to working in Poland and other countries if required.

Collaboration: Lead and facilitate activities in conjunction with other leaders, participating actively and energetically in all meetings, workshops, and events.

Qualifications:

Age: 19-35 years old.

Education: Currently studying or graduated from college.

Commitment: Available for the full duration of the program.

Language: Proficient in English.

Experience: Experience in managing groups of primary, secondary, and high school students.

Adaptability: Ability to adjust to different norms, lifestyles, and environments.

Skills:Creative, flexible, problem-solver, open-minded, articulate, confident, and strategic.

Initiative: Take initiative, work efficiently, have an eye for detail, and embrace collaboration.

Participation: Willing to engage fully in all scheduled Euroweek activities.
