Administration Assistant

Job Description/Overview:  

Sexton’s Manor is seeking a friendly and organised Administration Assistant to support the Headteacher and Business Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the school office. This role offers up to 35 hours per week, negotiable, across 38 weeks per year.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

– Assist in daily office operations and administration tasks.  

– Handle school dinner money and support the Breakfast and After School Club.  

– Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.  

 

Qualifications:  

– Knowledge of Arbor Management Information System (desirable but training will be provided).  

– Experience in a busy office environment, preferably in a school.  

– Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is essential.  

 

Experience:  

– Previous experience in school administration is advantageous.  

 

Skills:  

– Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.  

– Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanour.
