Job Description/Overview:
Sourced is seeking a Software Application Support Engineer to support software deployments, configurations, and issue resolutions for clients in the Australasian healthcare industry. This permanent role is suitable for intermediate to senior level candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage operational aspects of software deployments and upgrades, focusing on configuration and troubleshooting.
– Handle releases, address technical issues, and provide support primarily to the Australian client base.
– Communicate regularly with internal teams and clients, including project managers and clinicians.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 4 years of experience in a software application support role within a software development environment.
– Strong scripting skills in JavaScript or LUA.
– Experience with software deployment and configuration.
– Excellent written and spoken English.
– Strong customer service skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
– Must be located in Christchurch with availability for office presence 3-4 days a week.
– Eligibility to work in New Zealand; no visa sponsorship available.
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + hybrid working + 10 AM start
