Job Description/Overview:
The IT Support Technician will provide technical support and assistance for IT-related issues within the organisation. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems and ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues
– Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems
– Assist in maintaining and updating IT systems and software
– Ensure effective communication with users regarding support issues
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 1-2 years of relevant experience
Pay: $28.85 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Setting:
– On-site, no remote option
