Job Description/Overview:
BCT Resourcing is seeking Compliance Analysts and Assistants for various roles within the insurance sector in the City of London. With the market busy this September, this is an excellent opportunity for candidates considering a career move. Positions range from Analyst/Assistant to Senior Manager grade, including Heads of Compliance and CCO roles.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage in various compliance functions including monitoring, business partnering, and financial crime (sanctions, AML, ABC)
– Address conduct risk, consumer protection, and data protection issues
– Collaborate with insurance clients in Lloyds, Commercial, General, Life, and Broking sectors
Qualifications:
– Relevant and recent compliance experience within the insurance industry
– Understanding of compliance regulations and standards applicable to the insurance sector
Experience:
– Experience in compliance roles is essential; candidates will not be considered without it.
Skills:
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Salary and Benefits:
– Salary range: £40,000 to £120,000 per year, dependent on experience and role level
