Job Description/Overview:
The Operations Chief will coordinate and manage administrative services, evaluate departmental operations, assist in budget preparation, and oversee staff training and compliance with corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and evaluate administrative services.
– Manage daily operations and assist in preparing annual budgets.
– Conduct research and prepare reports for management committees.
– Direct staff involved in records management, finance, and other administrative services.
– Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance.
– Plan and control budgets for client projects and supplies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
– 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role.
