Thompsons Solicitors is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Legal Helpline team, handling Personal Injury enquiries. The role involves capturing relevant information and responding to phone calls and emails. No previous legal experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages.

– Communicate professionally and clearly.

– Perform initial case assessments to determine case progression.

 

Qualifications:  

– No prior legal experience required.

 

Experience:  

– Strong customer service experience is beneficial.

 

Skills:  

– Exceptional organisational skills.

– Clear and professional communication.

– Ability to remain calm under pressure.

– A genuine passion for customer service.
