Job Description/Overview
Bristlefront Global Ltd. is hiring a Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing strategies and communication efforts of the company. The position involves analyzing market data, developing promotional events, and managing advertising campaigns. The Marketing Manager will lead a team and work directly with clients to provide ongoing support, while ensuring a strong market presence through various media channels and distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities
– Analyze market research data to improve business decisions
– Assist in product development and communication strategies
– Plan and direct marketing campaigns and promotional materials
– Develop events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
– Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
– Evaluate and enhance the organization’s internet presence and marketing strategies
– Publicize activities, workshops, and events for fundraising or information purposes
– Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
– Initiate and maintain contact with the media
– Maintain and manage a digital database
– Consult with clients to provide ongoing support after sales
– Gather, research, and prepare communication materials
Qualifications
– College/CEGEP education level required
– 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Skills

– Ability to manage promotional events and campaigns
