Job Description/Overview
Emma & Gerard Family is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to work in their private residence. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, organised, and well-maintained home.
Key Responsibilities
– Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
– Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
– Make beds and change sheets
– Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
– Pick up debris and empty trash containers
– Launder clothing and household linens, and mend them when necessary
– Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
– Shop for food and household supplies
– Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
Qualifications
– Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
– Experience: Will train
Experience
– Experience not required but welcomed; training will be provided

– Ability to work independently
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks and physical movements such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
