Job Description/Overview:
The Office Administrator will oversee administrative procedures, coordinate office services, and ensure timely completion of tasks. The role involves managing office resources, reviewing new administrative processes, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
– Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and deadlines are followed
– Coordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
– Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence
Qualifications:
– College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year)
Experience:
– 1 year to less than 2 years
Skills:
– MS Excel
– MS Office
– MS Outlook
– Attention to detail
