Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic inquiries, and maintaining filing systems. The role also involves compiling data, greeting clients, and proofreading documents.
Key Responsibilities:
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone calls and relay messages
– Respond to electronic enquiries
– Compile data, statistics, and other information
– Greet clients and direct them to appropriate services
– Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Knowledge of MS Office
Experience:
– 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience
Skills:
– Attention to detail
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
– Strong organizational and communication skills
