Job Description:
Horizon West Bookkeeping is looking for a highly motivated and organized Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our collaborative team. This part-time role involves assisting with various administrative tasks including onboarding new clients, managing financial transactions, and organizing documents. If you are detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and reside in Florida, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients in Asana, ensuring accurate and complete information is obtained and processed.
- Organize and manage emails for the team.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes.
- Collect documents from clients using Content Snare.
- Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Florida.
- Experience with Asana, Dubsado, Google Drive, Content Snare, Missive, and Lastpass.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- High proficiency with Google products (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
Hours:
- This is a part-time position with an initial commitment of 5-7 hours per week. Flexibility to work most hours during weekdays is required. There is potential for increased hours for the right candidate.
