Key Responsibilities
- Inspection and checking of the rooms on the floors of Schloss Elmau
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in Schloss Elmau
- Control and ensure cleaning of public areas
- Ensuring smooth operations through effective communication and good cooperation with all departments, especially the front office and technology
- Answering all guest requests and questions
- Support of the Executive Housekeeper and the entire housekeeping team in all matters
- Motivation, support and promotion of all employees, including trainees and interns
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for a luxury hotel
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Good manners, well-groomed appearance
- Organizational talent and a responsible, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Guest and team-oriented demeanor, strong quality awareness
- Completed training, ideally in the upscale hotel industry
