Customer Service Assistant

Job Description/Overview:  

The Customer Service Assistant will handle client inquiries, address complaints, provide information about services, and manage payments and refunds. The role involves advising clients on advertising or sales promotions and maintaining accurate records.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

– Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.  

– Answer written and oral inquiries and provide information to customers.  

– Address and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns.  

– Arrange for refunds and credits and issue receipts.  

– Explain the type and cost of services offered.  

– Obtain and examine relevant information to assess client feedback.  

– Receive and log complaints and payments.  

– Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.

 

Experience and Specialization:  

– Education College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years).  

– Experience: 2 to less than 3 years.

 

Work Conditions:  

– Salary: $18.50 hourly, 40 hours per week.  

– Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time.  

– Start Date: As soon as possible.  

– Work Environment: On-site, with no option for remote work.  

– Benefits: Commission, Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
