Job Description/Overview:  

The Office Administrator will manage and improve administrative procedures, handle data assembly and reporting, and oversee office administrative procedures. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

– Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.  

– Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.  

– Administer policies and procedures related to records and information processing under government legislation.  

– Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.  

– Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

 

Qualifications:  

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

 

Experience:  

– 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

 

Skills:  

– Attention to detail.  

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
