Job Description/Overview
The Administrative Assistant will manage various administrative tasks, such as organizing daily operations, handling communication, and providing support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
– Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
– Manage the flow of information and correspondence
– Establish office policies, procedures, and routines
– Handle recruitment strategies and manage contracts
– Answer telephone and electronic inquiries
– Manage data, office supplies, and maintain inventory
– Perform data entry and provide customer service
– Complete legal documentation
Qualifications
– Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
– 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative work
– Proficiency in French
Experience & Specialization
– Human resources experience preferred

– Strong communication skills (oral and written)
– Organized, team player, reliable, adaptable
Work Conditions
– On-site work with no remote option
