Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
- Install and connect appliances such as sinks, toilets, dishwashers, and water heaters.
- Layout and plan plumbing systems according to specifications and building codes.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace broken pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent plumbing issues and ensure system efficiency.
- Upgrade outdated plumbing systems to meet current codes and standards.
- Install energy-efficient systems and fixtures to enhance sustainability and reduce costs.
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing issues and solutions.
- Provide estimates for plumbing work and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize disruption to clients.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience

- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and tolerate various weather conditions.
