Job Description:
The Nuremberg School, a leading trainer in tree care, industrial climbing, and ecology, is looking for a kitchen assistant/housekeeper/young cook/cook for our Prackenfels Campus. This part-time or mini-job role involves supporting our kitchen operations at a beautiful location with 140 beds and 8 seminar rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our guests
- – Support the head chef in organizing kitchen processes, including ordering, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards
- – Assist with washing up in the scullery
- – Work shifts between 06:00 and 20:00
Qualifications:
- – Enjoy entertaining guests and ideally have prior experience in the catering or hotel industry
- – Committed, reliable, and responsible
- – Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- – A driving license is advantageous due to the campus’s remote location
Experience:
Experience in the catering or hotel industry is preferred but not required.
