Job description
Telemarketers are responsible for persuading customers to buy or use a company’s products or services. Having skills in persuasion can help them encourage customers to listen to and consider the sales pitch. Effective persuasion often includes utilizing reasoning and appealing to the customer’s needs and emotions.
Key responsibilities
- You work as a team to manage our customers’ orders by telephone, email, fax.
- You listen to customers and are able to advise them.
- You are responsible for managing delivery notes, invoicing and customer reminders.
Qualifications
- You have great interpersonal skills and a certain ease of communication via the telephone.
- You are familiar with office IT tools and are willing to learn the IT applications used.
- You are fluent in French and German, any other language will be considered an asset.
