Job Description/Overview:
The Director of Sales and Marketing will manage contracts, develop promotional materials, and direct the overall marketing strategies of the company. The role includes overseeing advertising campaigns and acting as a spokesperson for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop promotional materials.
– Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff.
– Manage contracts.
– Market business services.
– Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
– Direct and evaluate establishments and departments for communication strategies.
– Publicise business activities and events.
– Plan and evaluate advertising campaigns.
– Act as a spokesperson for the organisation.
– Advise clients on advertising and promotion strategies.
– Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.
– Conduct public opinion surveys.
– Gather, research, and prepare communications material.
Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree
– Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
– Languages: English (required)
Benefits:
– Salary: $46.80 per hour, 35 hours per week
