– Salary: $55.00 hourly, 35 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications
– Languages: English
– Education: College/CEGEP
– Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
– Arrange training for staff
– Conduct performance reviews
– Oversee payroll administration
– Plan and control budgets and expenditures
– Collaborate with the marketing department to communicate messages to the field
– Determine strategic planning for new product lines
– Establish organisational sales policies and procedures
– Lead the sales team in building client relationships and negotiating sales contracts
– Organise regional and divisional sales operations
– Plan, direct, and evaluate sales department activities
– Recruit, organise, train, and manage staff

– 11-15 people
