Job Description/Overview:
As a Papa John’s Area Manager, you will lead a team with Store Managers reporting directly to you. You will be responsible for developing an engaged team unified by a strong values-led culture. The role involves managing the profitability, safety, and legal compliance of multiple stores, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
– Coach, consult, and motivate Store Managers and team members
– Deliver highly profitable and safe business operations
– Recruit and manage HR-related tasks
– Identify growth opportunities to drive profitability
– Oversee scheduling and cost management for profitability
– Ensure all businesses operate safely and legally
– Perform job duties for all positions in the restaurant as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree (required)
– Valid UK driving licence (required)
– At least 2 years of management experience (multi-unit leadership preferred)
– In-depth knowledge of the hospitality retail environment
– Experience with HR management, POS systems, Excel, and Word
Experience:
– Area Manager: 2 years (required)
– Food management: 1 year (required)
– Pizza industry: 1 year (required)
