Job Description/Overview:
As a Housekeeper: at Surf or Sound Realty, you will help maintain the cleanliness and organisation of vacation rental properties on Hatteras Island. Your role will involve performing housekeeping functions every Saturday to meet or exceed company standards. This is an ideal position for individuals seeking part-time work with high earning potential, with up to $800 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive to Hatteras Island each Saturday to clean vacation homes
– Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
– Ensure that properties meet the established standards of cleanliness
– Follow instructions and pay high attention to detail
– Lift and carry up to 50 pounds while performing cleaning duties
Minimum Requirements:
– Valid driver’s licence (not a state ID)
– Reliable private transportation to drive to Hatteras Island (non-public transportation)
– Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
– Availability to work Saturdays from 6 AM to 6 PM
– Ability to start on Saturday, 9/14/24
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in cleaning rental homes or vacation properties
