Job Description/Overview:
Four Seasons is seeking a Security Assistant Manager to join our team at The Surf Club in Miami Beach, FL. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring the safety of all guests, personnel, and property. You will also oversee the implementation of security policies and preventive programs, and conduct performance evaluations of the security staff. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and enhancing the guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise the property’s security force
– Ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property
– Implement and maintain security and safety policies and programs
– Conduct performance evaluations for the security team
– Provide expertise in investigative techniques and crowd control
– Handle CPR, first aid, firefighting, and emergency situations
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
– Two years of experience as a Security Supervisor
– Skilled in CPR, first aid, firefighting, and crowd control
– Strong computer literacy and ability to operate safety equipment
– Ability to work in a team and deliver high-quality service
Experience:
– Minimum two years of experience as a Security Supervisor
– Previous experience in hospitality security (preferred)
Skills:
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities
– Attention to detail in enforcing security measures
