BLIND BARBERY is on the lookout for an experienced barber to join our thriving barbershop and East Geelong community! Our goal is to deliver top-notch barbering services and outstanding customer care. If you’re dedicated to making clients look and feel their best, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
– Consult with clients to ensure their style preferences are met.
– Uphold high standards of customer service.
– Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
– Support the team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
– Potential for career progression into a lead role.
Qualifications
– Cert III or higher in Barbering or Hairdressing.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to manage time effectively.
– High integrity, reliability, and responsibility.
– Passion for barbering and customer service.
Experience
– 5+ years of barbering experience.
– Prior customer service experience is essential.
Skills
– Expertise in advanced barbering techniques.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
What You Can Expect
– Permanent full-time position with above-award rates.
– 4 weeks annual leave per year + Superannuation + Attractive bonus structure worth up to $20k/year.
– 3 consecutive days off every week (Saturday-Monday).
