Job Description/Overview:
The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will oversee and organize the operational logistics of the company. This includes tracking and completing work orders, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and managing the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
Key Responsibilities:
– Organize and oversee operational logistics.
– Monitor the movement of supplies and materials.
– Prepare and submit reports.
– Maintain work records and logs.
– Ensure transport compliance with regulations.
– Schedule and dispatch vehicles and goods.
– Plan and evaluate daily operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Experience an asset.
Skills:
– Dispatch management service software.
– Monitoring and tracking software.
– MS Office.
– Efficient interpersonal skills.
– Excellent written communication.
– Organized and reliable.
– Ability to work independently and under pressure.
