Job Description/Overview:
The Retail Store Supervisor will manage store operations, including staff supervision, sales, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assign duties and establish work schedules for staff
– Hire, train, and supervise employees
– Authorise returns and resolve customer issues
– Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports
– Maintain and organise inventory
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
– 1 to less than 2 years in a similar role
Skills:
– Leadership and organisational skills
– Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
