Job Description/Overview:
The administrative assistant will arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, assist with staff consultations, and manage daily operations. The role includes supervising staff, handling communication, and organising office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
– Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
– Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
– Direct and control daily operations.
– Supervise staff and office operations.
– Answer telephone and electronic inquiries.
– Compile data and oversee report preparation.
– Manage contracts, office supplies, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience:
– 1 to less than 7 months.
Skills:
– Ability to multitask.
– Excellent oral communication.

– Ability to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines.
