Job Description/Overview:
WesTrac Pty Ltd is looking for a Customer Coordinator to enhance customer experience by managing service, repair, and general service provision queries. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will coordinate the scope, scheduling, pricing, and invoicing of work while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the WesTrac workshop.
– Coordinate and manage service and repair work, including scope, scheduling, pricing, and invoicing.
– Ensure customer repair and service requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
– Trade Qualification or mechanical aptitude with experience in a customer service role.
– Highly developed customer service skills with a strong understanding of effective customer management.
– Advanced stakeholder engagement skills and ability to maintain successful working relationships.
Experience:
– Experience managing fluctuating workloads and prioritising tasks.
– Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Skills:
– Intermediate computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
– Ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously.
