Job Description/Overview:
The Ground Operations Agent handles customer baggage, assists in aircraft operations, operates ground service equipment, and provides customer assistance as needed. Tasks include loading/unloading baggage, aircraft marshalling, and ensuring ramp safety.

Minimum Requirements:
– Must be authorised to work in the US.
– Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
– Education: High School Diploma/GED.
Preferred Requirements:
– Positive attitude and motivation.
– Ability to work under time constraints.
– Must attend required training.
Key Responsibilities:
– Load/unload baggage and co-mail.
– Operate ground service equipment.
– Marshal aircraft to/from gates.
– Handle special baggage.
– Service aircraft lavatories.
– Perform security and commissary searches.
– Maintain ramp safety.
– Communicate using a two-way radio.
– Perform aircraft interior cleaning.
– Stock aircraft with supplies.
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift/push/pull up to 300 lbs.
– Work in various conditions (heights, noise, confined spaces).
– Regular attendance required.
– Ability to travel if needed.
Compensation: $16.00/hour
