Job Description/Overview:
MyProfsr Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our office operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and possess strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
– Manage office correspondence and respond to emails and phone calls.
– Assist with data entry tasks using QuickBooks and other computerised systems.
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in an administrative role.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks.
– Excellent data entry skills with a high typing speed.
– Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
– Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00 – £32,000.00 per year
