Job Overview:
Elegant Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a Plumber to work on-site in Surrey. This role includes installing and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures based on blueprints and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
– Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
– Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
– Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
– Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
– Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
– Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
– Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
– 2 to less than 3 years of experience.
Salary:
– $32.50 per hour
– 40 hours per week
