Job Description/Overview
If you want to use your creative skills to make a real impact on the world, this is the role for you. CerealBox fundraises to feed orphans, support refugees, and much more. We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to create content that stops people from scrolling and inspires them to donate. You need to think like a marketer and be conversion-focused.
Key Responsibilities
– Write scripts and create voiceovers for compelling fundraising videos.
– Review and organize content from clients’ Google Drives to produce high-quality videos.
– Source clips from TikTok and Instagram to create fundraising content for emergency campaigns.
– Coordinate with videographers in orphanages, schools, or refugee camps to ensure the capture of compelling stories.
– Edit UGC content shared by creators, adding elements like subtitles, color grading, transitions, and music.
– Design static content, including posters, carousels, thumbnails, email graphics, and landing page assets.
– Test various hooks, sequences, and creative elements to optimize content performance.
– Analyze and utilize KPIs such as Hook Rates, Hold Rates, CTR, CPC, and CPA for content creation and optimization.
Qualifications
– Proven experience in creating content that has successfully converted on paid ads.
– Understanding of KPIs like Hook Rates, Hold Rates, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
– Ability to write copy for videos and posters.
– Familiarity with CreativeOS, Ugly Ads, Us v Them, etc.
– Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking).
Experience
– Must have proof of content creation that has driven conversions.
– Experience in video editing, post-production, and static content design.
Skills
– Strong video editing and post-production skills.
– Creative and strategic thinking for content creation.
– Ability to write compelling scripts and copy.
– Proficiency in content optimization based on performance metrics.

Additional Information
– We have 2 positions available: freelance and/or permanent full-time.
– Fully remote (coworking space provided in your local area).
– £1000-£1500 monthly salary.
– Must be available during UK hours but with flexible working hours.
– 2-month probationary period.
