Job Description
Their team of Corporate Services experts, which provides a comprehensive range of corporate and accounting services, including the provision of a registered office address if needed, aiming to support businesses with their day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Encoding bank statements on a daily basis
- Encoding of supplier invoices;
- Follow-up of the creation of new suppliers
- Participation in the management and monitoring of accounting provisions
- Participation in the management and follow-up of fixed assets
- Participation in monthly and annual closings
- Keeping of specific follow-up files / specific analyses
- Participation in the preparation of VAT returns
- Support to audit missions (internal and external)
- Participation in the preparation of customer invoices
- Management of mail, filing and archiving
Qualifications
- You have a higher education diploma (Bac+2) in accounting and management
- Rigorous and methodical, you can work independently or in a team
- You have good communication, reporting and documentation skills and can take charge of a project from its study to its completion
- You have a good command of the usual computer tools, particularly Excel
- You are fluent in French and have a good written and oral understanding of English
